"Bentang alam bukanlah ruang hampa; ia adalah medan taktis yang menuntut presisi, ketangguhan, dan adaptasi mutlak. Kami menyadari bahwa untuk menaklukkan setiap elevasi, memahami profunditas, dan mengendalikan kinetika alam, dibutuhkan lebih dari sekadar keberanian. Dibutuhkan sebuah sistem, disiplin, dan persaudaraan tanpa syarat.

Bergerak atas dasar kemandirian dan asas kemানুsiaan, kami menyatukan diri dalam sebuah entitas taktis independen. Kami beroperasi di luar struktur formal birokrasi, tidak berafiliasi dengan sayap militer atau instansi pemerintah mana pun, namun mengadopsi standar operasional tingkat tinggi untuk memastikan setiap nyawa kembali dengan selamat—That Others May Live.

Atas dasar pemikiran tersebut, dibentuklah wadah pergerakan dan kajian lapangan ini, yang kami sebut sebagai BENTANG MATRA."

BAB I: Identitas dan Kedudukan

Nomenklatur Operasional: Organisasi pergerakan ini secara resmi bernama BENTANG MATRA. Dalam lingkup taktis, organisasi ini beroperasi sebagai Pusat Komando Intelijen Alam Bebas.
Penetapan Waktu: Entitas ekspedisi alam bebas ini diinisiasi dan mulai beroperasi secara aktif pada tahun 2026.

BAB II: Asas, Motto, dan Objektif

Asas Pergerakan: Sebagaimana tertuang dalam mukadimah, organisasi ini murni berlandaskan pada asas kemandirian absolut dan asas kemanusiaan lintas medan.
Doktrin dan Motto: Objektif operasional organisasi disatukan oleh doktrin utama: "Kendali mutlak di segala medan: Elevasi, Profunditas, dan Kinetika."

BAB III: Hierarki Komando Eksekutif

Dewan Penentu Arah (DPA): Pusat kendali absolut, struktur penamaan, koordinasi taktis, serta kedaulatan visual organisasi melekat secara penuh kepada jajaran DPA yang bertindak sebagai Founding Fathers/Mother, terdiri dari: Alzika Yardansyah, Meilina Anggraini, Muhammad Arif, dan Yondri Satria Pranata.
Pembagian Matra Operasional: Sebagai ujung tombak eksekusi lapangan, operasi dipecah ke dalam empat pilar taktis:
- Matra Terestrial & Biosfer: Penguasaan navigasi darat, topografi, gunung rimba, dan adaptasi ekologi hutan belantara.
- Matra Subteranea & Vertikal: Penaklukan gravitasi ekstrem dan kedalaman bumi (Caving, Rock Climbing, dan mekanika tali).
- Matra Hidrodinamika: Bermanuver di arus deras dan kedalaman air (Rafting, Oseanografi, dan Diving).
- Matra Evakuasi Taktis & ESAR: Pertahanan operasional terakhir berfokus pada manajemen krisis darurat medis (Search and Rescue).

BAB IV: Formasi Personel Operasional

Sistem Kekerabatan Taktis: Organisasi ini menolak birokrasi kaku. Mulai dari jajaran inisiator komando tertinggi hingga angkatan operator lapangan terbaru seperti Irgi dan seluruh unit di sekitarnya, semuanya diikat dalam satu kesetaraan fungsional: "Persaudaraan Medan Ekstrem". Keselamatan satu personel adalah tanggung jawab seluruh formasi.
Status Anggota: Keanggotaan tidak bersifat mengikat secara administratif negara, melainkan mengikat secara sumpah kehormatan (Code of Conduct) dalam menjalankan prosedur keselamatan dan menjaga nama baik panji Bentang Matra di lapangan.

BAB V: Rantai Pasok dan Logistik Mandiri

Ketahanan Suplai: Pergerakan, ekspedisi, dan pengadaan perlengkapan Bentang Matra didanai sepenuhnya melalui mekanisme logistik swadaya (urunan mandiri operasional) serta dukungan eksternal yang tidak mengikat.
Transparansi Taktis: Segala bentuk perbendaharaan dikelola langsung oleh tim internal untuk memastikan bahwa setiap sumber daya dikonversi secara efisien menjadi ketahanan fisik dan kelengkapan taktis di lapangan.

BAB VI: Imunitas Intelektual dan Orisinalitas

Klausul Bebas Plagiasi: Nomenklatur, anatomi visual logo (berstandar Daylight Tactical UI), serta keseluruhan konstitusi "Blueprint Omega" ini adalah murni mahakarya dan Hak Kekayaan Intelektual (HAKI) independen Bentang Matra. BAB VII: Protokol Terminasi (Hak Veto DPA)

Protokol Omega (Pembubaran): Keputusan untuk membekukan status operasional, mengubah arah haluan secara radikal, atau bahkan menghentikan dan membubarkan keberadaan organisasi ini adalah ranah sakral dan Kewenangan Eksklusif DPA (Founding Fathers/Mother). "The landscape is not a vacuum; it is a tactical field that demands precision, resilience, and absolute adaptation. We recognize that to conquer every elevation, fathom the profundity, and control the kinetics of nature, it takes more than just courage. It requires a system, discipline, and unconditional brotherhood.

Moving on the basis of absolute independence and humanitarian principles, we unite ourselves in an independent tactical entity. We operate outside formal bureaucratic structures, unaffiliated with any military wing or government agency, yet adopting high-level operational standards to ensure every life returns safely—That Others May Live.

Based on this premise, this forum for movement and field study is formed, which we call BENTANG MATRA."

CHAPTER I: Identity and Position

Operational Nomenclature: This movement organization is officially named BENTANG MATRA. In the tactical scope, this organization operates as the Wilderness Intelligence Command Center.
Time of Establishment: This wilderness expedition entity was initiated and began active operations in the year 2026.

CHAPTER II: Principles, Motto, and Objectives

Principles of Movement: As stated in the preamble, this organization is purely based on absolute independence and cross-terrain humanitarian principles.
Doctrine and Motto: The organization's operational objectives are united by the main doctrine: "Absolute control in all terrains: Elevation, Profundity, and Kinetics."

CHAPTER III: Executive Command Hierarchy

Board of Direction (DPA): The absolute command center, nomenclature structure, tactical coordination, and visual sovereignty of the organization are fully vested in the ranks of the Board of Direction (DPA) acting as Founding Fathers/Mother, consisting of: Alzika Yardansyah, Meilina Anggraini, Muhammad Arif, and Yondri Satria Pranata.

CHAPTER IV: Operational Personnel Formation

Tactical Kinship System: This organization rejects rigid bureaucracy. From the highest command initiators to the newest batch of field operators like Irgi and all surrounding units, everyone is bound in one functional equality: the "Brotherhood of Extreme Terrain". The safety of one personnel is the responsibility of the entire formation.
Membership Status: Membership is not administratively binding by state laws, but strictly bound by a Code of Conduct, an oath of honor to execute safety procedures and uphold the reputation of the Bentang Matra banner in the field.

CHAPTER V: Supply Chain and Independent Logistics

Supply Resilience: The movements, expeditions, and procurement of Bentang Matra gear are fully funded through independent logistics mechanisms (self-funded operations) and non-binding external support.
Tactical Transparency: All forms of treasury are managed directly by the internal team to ensure that every resource is efficiently converted into physical endurance and tactical readiness in the field.

CHAPTER VI: Intellectual Immunity and Originality

Anti-Plagiarism Clause: The nomenclature, visual anatomy of the logo (Daylight Tactical UI standard), and the entire constitution of this "Omega Blueprint" are pure masterpieces and independent Intellectual Property of Bentang Matra. This script was created from original thought processes and is free from any plagiarism of other institutions' works.

CHAPTER VII: Termination Protocol (DPA Veto Right)

Omega Protocol (Dissolution): The decision to freeze operational status, radically change direction, or even terminate and dissolve the existence of this organization is a sacred realm and the Exclusive Authority of the DPA (Founding Fathers/Mother).
